Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to provide varieties of fluid or powdered milk (e.g., unflavored or organic) to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations. Under the bill, DOD is prohibited from purchasing such milk from an entity owned or controlled by a foreign adversary.
