Uncovering UNRWA’s Terrorist Crimes Act

This bill prohibits federal funds from being used to provide funding, directly or indirectly, to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

The bill also requires the Department of State to report to Congress on (1) the total U.S. funding to UNRWA from FY2020 through FY2024, and (2) how such funds were spent.
