How we count
Trades are counted by filing date, so a trade belongs to October 2026 when its disclosure was filed that month, whenever the trade itself took place. Only periodic transaction reports from members with a published profile on this site are counted: annual reports repeat a whole year of trades, so counting them would count the same trades twice.
Disclosures give the value of each trade as a range, not an exact amount, so any value total here is a floor and a ceiling added up from those ranges. A trade with no ticker counts toward the totals but not toward the stock rankings.
